Option data¶
The cabinet Options/ are separate from the game data and are what set
orientation, resolution and DIP state. Official option files are still served
unauthenticated from Sega's own CDN:
- sddt-dist.am-all.net/135/ —
SDDT_A0xx_*.opt - The A068–A082 era options are the ones that pair with the versions above.
Notes¶
dipsw1=1insegatools.ini, same as every other ALLS title, or the game hangs on "checking distribution server".- The
amAppImageInit(). ErrCode -5error means youramfspath is too long — newer AM daemon builds require the full path (C:\Games\SDDT\amfs) to be under 16 characters. This bites SDDT specifically because the code is 4 chars and people name the folder after the game. - If you keep games on
E:\,subst X: "E:\Games\SDDT\"and launch from the drive letter. This is the "segatools issue" in the SEGAguide FAQ: games installed on a non-C drive launch with errors for no clear reason. - AquaDX/AquaMai mods apply here — see Resources.
